This section displays a list of customers’ wishlists which means that the customers added items to their wishlists but did not place the order. This information is useful when

  • You want to contact and convince these customers to place their orders
  • You want to send relevant product offers to these customers
  • You want to find out the products that are usually added in wishlists

View Wishlist

To view wishlist records:

  1. From your Webx admin, go to Customers > Wishlist
  2. In Orders Search Criteria, select the fields according your requirement
    • Select Categories or sub categories
    • Select Time span or provide a Date range
  3. Click Search
  4. On results list, click View Detail to open Wishlist detail page
